Types of Classes

  • fundamentals

    These classes focus on essential BJJ techniques and concepts. Designed for beginners but include drills and exercises that are beneficial for all levels.

  • open level

    Ideal for students of all skill levels, classes are designed to be suitable for students who are beginners as well as advanced. Focus on refining conditioning, improving conditioning and techniques.

  • competition class

    Class focuses on preparing students for competitions and tournaments, the class is more intense and there is a big focus on building strategies and developing a competition mindset.

  • open mat

    Open session, students are free to drill, roll and train with each other. We welcome students from other academies to train with us during open mat.

  • little waves 5-9 year olds

    Children’s classes are specifically designed to be engaging and fun. Kids will learn BJJ techniques through games and challenges.

  • young guns 10-15 year olds

    Teens classes teach essential BJJ techniques and concepts. These classes prepare the teens to join the adult group.

Private lessons

If you’re interested in getting some 1 to 1 coaching our private lessons are the perfect option. This allows us to keep a close eye on the development of the student and adapt the classes specifically to your needs.
